I recently noticed a small dent on my bonnet, you carn't see it from close up and you carnt feel the dent, but when light shines on it or you look at a side, from an angle, or far away you can see the dent, it has no paint chips, does anyone know the best way to remove this?
as it looks very eye catching

Get dentwizards or similar to do their magic, probably cost about £40-50 but well worth it. Don't whatever you do try and do it yourself, it truly is a skill!

My mate was telling me about this vid, it makes sense but would it not dammage the paint work? has anyone ever tried this before? I dont no if i trust this on my Audi Though.

OK, I have a dented Bonnet from my Passat lying around, I'd give it a try on that for a laff, where do I get some of that cold spray stuff?

You can do this with alot of substrates, cant see why it would not work with metals....

Make a video of it lol

When I get hold of a can of spray and the weather get better guys... I need to warn you guys though, the dent in the bonnet is near the front where it curves downwards, so it may not work, but I'd like to see it flexing for real to see how it works. :)
