Discoloured Cream Leather

Bought a S3 last weekend(2000 8l) but the car hasnt been looked after at all, the main concern at the moment is the leather has several brown like stains, more like tea stains if you get me. Whats the best way to get these out?

try a leather cleaner followed up by some leather conditioner, the best by far is Gliptone Liquid Leather , failing that they might need reconnolising which is basically re-colouring them with a special paint which Liquid Leather also make

defo, you'll be surprised how much crap will come out of the seats when you start cleaning them. when i did mine for the first time i needed to replace the bucket of water for each seat because it got so dirty!!!

1. use luke warm water and a microfibre to wipe the seat over, wring the microfibre out before wiping the seat, u don't want it soaking wet

2. with a soft nail brush work in the cleaner, don't press too hard, wipe area off with damp microfibre, keep working on area until there is no more dirt coming out of it

3. apply conditioner using a microfibre, do a couple of coats first time and then add another coat of conditioner every you clean the car

Top advice as always John, I'd be surprised if recolouring was needed, as most stains respond if treated correctly. My own personal choice of products would be the leather Cleanse and Leather Balm made by Raceglaze; excellent products at low prices, their Balm is by far the best conditioner we've come across.
