Borris claimed he intended to ditch it, The info I had was Porsche won their case.

Found it funny how the Congestion Charge was sold as a green solution and not a revenue maker yet Ken was on the news last night saying how the scrapping of the £25 charge would leave a shortfall of £50m from the Mayoral budget.

But Ken, it wasn't about raising revenue, was it?
