Which is audi's best blue

Hi everyone

I am hoping to order a FL S3 saloon in the next month or two.

Now that Sepang is no longer available and I want a blue saloon ,which audi exclusive blue do you consider to be the best?

My favourites at the moment are Sprint blue and Racing mica blue.

I don't like the dark blues.

Any thoughts?

Where do l start....have a look at the Thread Show us Exclusive Colour's in all Audi models...you should have been more specific, what exclusive blue colour suit the A3/S3.ITS DEFO..not Nogaro,suits larger cars like the RS4..Its also age dependant....under 35....frickin Voodoo blue rocks,Kingfisher is stunning but slightly feminine in its tone...Racing Mica....erm...kinda close to Sepang....is it worth the extra £1475 extra god damn it is...lol,Ara Blue....Umm...tough one that only ever seen it on R8....but anything looks good on that car..lol

l am going to SAY...Racing Mica...just purely for the Classic look,but for the Cowabungga factor...gotta be the uber pearlescent Voodoo Blue,its the new blue on the block....Here is a few Examples of Audi Blooooz,lol as you will see theres a few...please feel free to browse lol...missed out a few...got bored

Love the voodoo blue...and I was gonna go for it....but as I can get sepang for free...it's a no brainer for me

Yeah that kingfisher S3 was stunning looking in the showroom mate,it was sold a couple of months ago to a very lucky person but it had black leather in it,lunar would have been nice?

Sprint blue is very nice but I wouldn't be disappoint with Mica blue either.
 
seen ara on an RS3 in the showroom in aberdeen. looked cracking.
 
All the colours mentioned in last 3 posts ^^^ are on the car's above Sprint blue RS6,Ara blue R8,

I do think it's going to on my next car,l love the colour on the sportback with Matt chrome roof rails.....it just oozes class but also has a good dose of sportiness.

I did not realise how many blues their are. I think racing mi can is my favourite.

It's just absolutely stunning! Very rare aswell, I can honestly say I've only ever seen 2 in the flesh in my life.

Seen it on a S3 Sportback up my way,that chap who had it,has now got Nerdo grey RS3... Poles apart eh,also l see it every now and again on a A6 s-line,and last but not the RS3 l was interested in,until someone paid £47k cash for it...jammy sod

Racing Mica, Kingfisher... Racing Mica probably a tad classier and Kingfisher more in your face. But putting down £2K for a paint I've never seen in the flesh is quite a leap of faith! lol

Nogaro or Sepang blue for me.

There was a blue colour for the first gen R8 that was awesome! A light blue sort of grey as well can't remember the name of it? Anyway if I played gran turismo I would always by the R8 in this colour.

No doubt about it mate,its a lot of dosh for paint around £1475 over and above say... gash Navarra but it's the feeling of individuality that really appeals to me,and because my next car l get,l will be keeping for at least 4 years......super sport seats and virtual cockpit Versus Your very own car colour....?????

It's pleasing to have a more unique car! You've seen a lot of these colours in the flesh and you already have sepang so it's easier to visualise a particular blue, say, on a FL RS3 ;-) but I know photos can be very deceptive with lighting, sunshine, etc... But once I get my days of thunder and see a great blue on a S3 I may have a moment of regret for sure...

Dayz of thunder is a no brainer mate Stunning colour am just a Blue's brother lol av some cracking photo's of some car's in Daytona l will post them up later after hum drum work for ya.... But l must warn some have roof rails on them....lol

Last time at the dealership I spend more time checking the roof rails on a Sepang S3 Sportback (every possible angles/heights) that they must have thought I was crazy! When other people just wanted to sit inside lol
I swear I'm gonna sit in this rocket for the 1st time with a big smile on my face and the colour could be dog **** brown (with roof rails) that I wouldn't care lol (at least for the first few hours that is!)

We need a roof rail poll I'm not a fan to be honest makes it look like a mini A4 Avant - time to run and hide :bye:
