Since the S3 saloon comes with 19" alloys as standard, has anybody optioned the 18" wheels instead ?
I think in certain markets.. 18's are the only options.. there was a guy from peru i believe on the forums who had a missano red s3 saloon and he said the only options are 18's for him. even where i live in trinidad.. sometimes audi wont allow the 19 inch wheels due to road conditions. I guess they see it as risky to their warranty on shocks etc.
That´s partially right, here in Peru NOW we can´t choose the Magnetic ride with 19´s (but in the past it was an option for 8p).

yup... i think we are classed in the same region. I live in trinidad and it wouldnt surprise me if we both classed in the latin america region. Magnetic ride isnt an option for me as well for the sportback i just ordered. At least you got a sedan. we dont get sedan pricing and specs for another 4 months here and hence i decided to go with a sportback. couldnt wait another 8 months for a car
Ok makes sense.. i do find the saloon definitely needs the 19's. would you void your warranty though but putting them on?
