Brake warning light just came on

Hi there I was at a friends and I started my engine to go and heard a bleep and got this warning light so I thought my fluid is low il top it up I topped it up and then I thought let me check all the calipers so I come across these (pictures) o/s/r caliper think it show obvious signs that either the flexy has gone of the whole caliper I was wondering if anyone had any run ins with anything like this and could assist me before I buy a caliper thanks

I can't really see much from the photos except the hand brake mechanism. You sure ligh hasn't come on cos you have a dead bulb?

It is soaked in brake fluid all around my inside tyre and all I've the brake
