Sticky VNT vanes - Northeast people

Hi.
I am wanting to clean out my turbo/vanes on my A3 2.0 TDI 170 with the Mr Muscle Method.
The problem is, I know jack sh-t about engines and nuts/bolts.

Is there anyone in the Northeast that could do this for me? I am based near Middlesbrough.

I will obviously buy the Mr Muscle and pay for your time.

170 vanes problem, not one I've heard much about, my advice is if it does suffer from this, remove the turbo & do it properly, Mr Muscle is temporary at best.
