New owner help with temp

Lookin for advise please,
the car is 2006 2.0tdi avant.iv notice the last few time Iv drivin the car( wife's car) that the heater is not blown hot air,it blows fine just blows cool air ,even with temp set to high.temp gauge has always been the same in the middle ish little off 90,water level in header tank has always been the same on full...??
Is this caused be some sort of air block or valve faulty..?

run a scan see if you get any codes for the flaps

Thx, will need to find someone to run a scan for me,is it expensive to get my own...?

there not cheap but do everything you would need for vag cars

pm user NHN he supplies the genuine VCDS

or look on the vcds location part PM someone from there to scan your car for a small fee.

Did the heater flush at Wkend and got some crud out bit like scale...seems to have done te job,wife says she has now got heating...
