S3 exhaust valve destroyed

My valve thing is hanging on by the vacum pipe what do I do cut the pipe or try to secure the unit?!!

If you cut the pipe you will need to seal it either by inserting a screw in the hole and using something to clamp down on it or by bending the hose a few times and clamping it together so it is sealed. I think you will get an error and you will get a warning light on the dash if its not sealed. Have a search for the flapper mod there was a link to r32oc and it explained it all there.

I thought you just left the pipe as is as the linkage is disconnected and locked fully open. The system is still operated by vacuum pressure but wont do anything as the linkage isnt connected. Hmmm......

I stuck a screw in it to blank it off when I fitted my Milltek!

Sweet blank it off with screw and that annoying clicking sound can do one!!!
