If i was closer i would come fit it for you but im in suffolk
You dont need specialist to fot the part once you are under the car its all straight forward
Thanks bud, appreciate the sentiment.
Finally did it today, hired a self service 2 post lift at "Ramp & Wrench" in Coventry. £15 for the hour, and I just did it in that time.
To say R&W is awesome is an understatement.
Anyway, cut the cable ties holding my undertray on and that dropped easy enough.
Hardest part was the electrical plug, but sussed that after 15 minutes of faffing.
3 bolts were all 5mm allen fitting for the record, and they came out just fine.
Could probably do another in about 30 mins all in, but hopefully won't have to.
Anyway, verdict. ****** hell, what a difference. Reckon I must have been 50bhp down since I bought the car (December 2012). I can now feel the turbo on boost, and the front wheels spin a lot more.
All in all, the best result and job on my car so far.
Wish I'd have done it 6 months ago when I bought the new rev d diverter valve.
Thanks for all your help on this one guys.
