Oh I know thats what combat medics used to carry all the time.
I hope they got the scumbag that attacked you mate. Migraines....bain of my life....suffered for years with them but now rely on a drug you cant get in this country for some reason....Tylenol. Works wonders on my migraines.
Broadster, go into Holland and Barrett and get some Iso orange, double the mix, 2 scoops to 500ml of water and give it a good stir, works wonders for me.
Vicious attack. Curious about the reference to Iso Orange and migraines. Have two prolapsed disks at C4 and C5 since 1995 and suffer migraines. Used to take some drug (not Tylenol) I could only get in the US, but got to the point I was taking upwards of 12 a day. Now I just suffer. Just wondered how an energy drink works for you.
Might have to suggest that to my girlfriend. She suffers from frequent migraines, rarely a day or 2 will go by without getting one. She's been prescribed everything under the sun, the last stuff she has to increase in stages because it's so strong. She has just upped it to 3 tablets at a time, when she first started it though (on 1 tablet) she couldn't walk! She just had no strength in her legs for a few hours. I don't think it's working either!
On top of all the drugs she's been prescribed with over the years she's also been given lots of acupuncture. The next step which she's going to be given this year is botox! No idea what's next after that though? Head transplant??
I'll mention this tylenol stuff to her though and see if she's heard of it before, as I'm pretty sure she'd try anything to make them go away (if she hasn't already given it a go!).
That's a new one on me, but just Googled it. Seems it may only be limited to England and Wales. Another possible option is a steroid injection, which my sister has been offered after years of migraine. Her only issue is she's terrified of needles, so I offered to get it for her

Tylenol is banned due to it containing Acetiminophen - I think that's how you spell it. I have been told its like paracetamol and codeine but it has never passed clinical trials to be properly released in the UK and was linked to causing problems in pregnant women. I used to buy tubs of it in the US BX when we went on ops. Americans bring everything wherever they go. I have just got colleagues to bring me back a large tub when they were in Vegas.
My cousin's 9 year old son suffers with really bad migranes and they gave him a nasal spray to use when he starts getting the symptoms. It makes him really sleepy for about 30-60 mins immediately after so he has to go for a nap, but when he wakes up he's usually migrane free. :thumbsup:
I reckon that's current Number 1 on the gore score.
Thanks, just ordered some. Will try anything, and even if it doesn't work, it's still an energy drink.
Try it, if it works stock up while its on offer. As I say, double the mix, 2 scoops to 500ml, I use a sports shaker or a small whisk to mix it. When you feel the migraine coming on mix it up and get it down your neck.
I have had a continuous headache/migraine for 5 months now, had all the tests/medication under the Sun and CT scans , Docs say there is nothing wrong at all.

No good just drinking water though......if your dehydrated you need to replenish electrolytes levels too.....its the low levels that give you a sore head
