best way to poly bush..

I recently acquired a set of poly bushes, for the front wishbones and the trailing arms. has anybody fitted the big bush without a press? I was thinking all thread and washers to push/pull it through...
 
Big bush as in the trailing arm? That will drill out no problem, and the poly one will press in when its greased up.
Same with front wishbones, they drill or burn out. Although the front wishbone rear bush needs pressing in

Sorry mate, I ment the big bush on the wishbone. I thought maybe I could pikey it in like I said.. I might just take them off then and pass them onto somebody with a press. Cheers.

A poly would go in more easily but OE bushes (especially the TT solid ones) take more effort as they crush in... Prawn has used a vice to get his super pro bushes in...
