Oh ok then, if I have to reveal it.........

Excuse the poor quality iPhone pics.

Its a Audi A1 Quattro Exclusive gear knob (not even out over here yet). I wanted something that complimented the FBMFSW and the RS4 bucket seats but remaining OEM and not some aftermarket item. Also it has the white stitching on the gaitor which matches the white stitching on both my seats and steering wheel.

It required slight modification to the gaitor (which is part of the gear knob) but with a little help from the mrs as it was a bit fiddly it went on well.

Not exactly cheap at £102, but worth it when it looks as good as it does fitted.

wow az that is a pretty impressive knob mate. I do like it but it wouldnt go well with my "swing"ers grey interior. I do need to do something though cos my current knob is all worn from the palm abuse it has taken over the 112k miles.

The part number for the one I ordered which is grey was 8E0 863 278 DH VDU.

A manual gear knob that's multi functional?? Am I missing something here?

az i think heres refering to the wheel in the picture unless his s line has ejector seats/torpedo's/oil slick or banana skins.
