S3alex. Sorry to be a pain but what is the difference between stage 2+ clutch kit and stage 3 kit. As much detail would be appreciated. Also where is the best pace to get clutch kit. And is it a big job too fit. As it all looks bait tight under Neath the old s3. Thank you
No problems.
I think the problem here is in the names the manufacturer gave to their clutches, and Revo gave to their maps.
A good clutch for Revo(or Shark or APR) with a torque level of around 360-380lbs would be the Sachs/Loba,and this will handle up to 400lbs or even a bit more,as mine managed to cope with 440lbs before we changed it.
This equates to a Stg2+ remap in Revo terms.
Spec make a range of clutches, and label them as Stage 1,2,3 and so on,but it has nothing in common with Revo or Apr's naming system.

I chose a Spec Stg 3+ clutch as I needed something that would cope with over 500lbs,without slipping, and this was one of the few available to deal with that.

It's going to take a good mechanic a few hours to fit,and involves dropping the subframe so I would leave it to someone who knows what they're doing!
AMDTuning are agents for Spec, and Loba.
If you drop Ben a line he can give you a price,or there is a group buy on the Loba over at VAGOC.
