Hi Guys, couldn't find anything for this problem!

Found that on 1st and 2nd gear, the maximum peak I get is about 1.2-1.3 bar (which is about 17.4 to 18.8psi), on 3rd, 4rd, 5th and 6th gear I get about 26psi and on highway when doing WOTs from 2-3000rpm and after a while it goes back to the correct boost (which is 1.3bar, told directly from revo).

Happened also 5-6 times, that my Revo Remap auto-resets when I'm the highway, but only when doing long WOTs in 5th or 6th gear and from about 200 km/h onwards!
In fact I see, on my boost gauge, the boost going from about 1.6-1.7 bar (which I think is A LOT for a std K04!) and suddendly feel a big loss of power and see the boost gauge go back to 0.8bar (which is the OEM boost).

What do you think guys about that?

Thank you in advance!

its not resetting its load dependant
mroe load more torque request more boost..

what revo settings in it? I will assume >6 on boost with what you describe

other things to consider... if this has started happening after being ok.. post map.. Is split pipe or malfunctioning n75 - overboot and erratic boost can occur

Started doing that after a while, before it was ok!
Maybe started it after mounting the boost gauge, but I don't think it can be that the problem!

As remap setting, I honestly don't know which I have, I've always left the setting that the revo dealer put on.

Which setting are reccomended? Considering I don't have a fmic?

Could it be the hose to the boost gauge if you have just fitted it and now having problems ?

I don't know, but I don't think could be that! All is well tight and there are no leaks!

I've put the boost gauge with the FPR, would be better to put it on the DV?

yes.. dont T off fpr... T off something less important..

safer settings would start at b6t4

Just put these settings on the ECU:

Boost 6
Timing 4
Fuel 9

Will try tomorrow if it goes better!

Anyway Bill, do you know a Home made method to do a Smoke test? Seems nobody here in switzerland does that!
