8P2 To 8P3 Conversion

Im In Two Minds At The Moment To Either Keep The Car In Its Standard Shape With A S-Line Kit On It,

Or To Do The Full Conversion Which Is What Im Thinking About Doing:

What Parts Will I Need?

My Car Is a 57 Plate Audi A3 As Shown Below:

Normal Front Bumper with Grill 2009-2011 Paid

Or Do You Know If I Would Need Anthing Else?

I personally prefer the 8P2 to the 8P3, but each to their own

I wouldn't bother. You'll never get that money back come selling time and you'll probably limit the number of people that will be interested in buying since some will be suspicious of why the front end looks like it's from a different year. I'd spend a little making it a unique/highly spec'd version of what it is and save the rest towards the next car.

i love my 8p3 but i would never do a conversion ( no offence dizz we need members like you just have some balls and go for it ) its way too much work

Im doing an 8P3 conversion on my damaged 2004, nearly finished and i was about to order wings and they original ones seem to be exactly the same, i noticed this s3 on Ebay was repaired nd they retained the OG wings and mirrors but used an Sline bumperAUDI S3 QUATTRO 2.0 TFSI TOP SPEC FACELIFT NOT RS3 RS4 S4 M3 R32 | eBay

also is it an MOT failure to not have indicators on the side? if i change the wings and not change the mirrors as its got MOT very soon

Wings are different they won't fit with your new headlights for 8p3. Also.... No side indicators is a MOT Fail.

If you delete the indicators on the wings then you need the MY11 mirrors Rodney.
