where to buy meyle / lemforder / other High Quality suspension parts?

Hi guys,
Where do you usually buy good parts for your Audis (Meyle HD / Lemforder / Febi) for reasonable money? I have looked at different websites (eurocarparts, expresscarparts, ebay), but either the prices are quite high (90 odd quid for a lower arm by Lemforder seems a little bit too steep), or the choice is very poor (ebay seems full of no-name parts, but not a lot of quality stuff), are there any other online/offline shops in London? Maybe somebody here is selling parts?
I need either one or two (don't know yet) lower left control arms, both tie rod ends and a boot kit for a CV joint (that one, I think, can be bought online).

Always buy on quality, never price.
Places sell cheap crap as most people demand the cheapest part possible, with no thought to long term durability.....
Lemforder are the OEM manufacturers of suspension arm so I always buy these, the last time I bought an upper arm for my car it was £80 from the main stealer and just under £40 for the identical item from ECP.
GSF and EuroCarParts (ECP) both sell Lemforder arms, but they'll also sell you crappy Chinese ones as well, just specify which quality you want and they should offer you a selection......
The big lower arm you refer to is expensive, but buy Lemforder and you know it will last.

I get Meyle ones from VolksSpares, paid £72 for the pair of rear lower arms (got a friend that knows a chap that works there, got me a deal but they can be haggled with a bit on the phone) and they deliver to my office in south east London the same day.

Over the last couple of months I have essentially bought two 'rear refresh' kits (I got the component parts before the kit was there), one full set of front arms, one partial set, top mounts and three bearings for my two 2.5TDi Quattros. Good, fast service, they know what they are doing, ok price, good quality bits most of which are guaranteed.

Don't get cheap bits, as you WILL end up replacing them. I have replaced three of the four bearings on my wifes car in the 30,000 miles since she had it, and am just about to replace the third one again - after 6 months. The one I haven't touched is still going strong - and the bearings I fitted were not the cheapest ones either!

Paul, maybe is time to invest in a good torque wrench as it looks to me you're over torque-ing the driveshaft bolt if they fail this quick !
Fitted many rear bearings- mainly passenger side- due to roundabouts and folk driving spirited. None of them gave me any trouble and some were fitted 2 years ago and over 30k. I tend to sell a lot of my cars to folk i know so i get to work on the car again ! As you said- buy cheap buy twice !

Jason at All german parts is a nice guy and very helpful. Like others have said, only buy lemforder, meyle or 034 Motorsport. Cheap stuff is just a false economy.

Paul, maybe is time to invest in a good torque wrench as it looks to me you're over torque-ing the driveshaft bolt if they fail this quick !

If anything i find the opposite, i really struggled to get the full 180 degree turn onto mine, and that was with a 3ft breaker bar with some scaffolding tube over the end.
