Issue with steering wheel

Had new tyres put on the front only (2.0t Quattro ). Once this was done the steering wheel now sits off centre I have 18" wheels and the guys who put the tyres on blame them. Rubbish! The car drives straight. But not when I hold the steering wheel in the correct position. Is this tracking? Or have they bent something when putting the new tyres on?

The steering wheel was fine before it went in. The big issue is my wife took the car down and left it with them. National tyres so a well known company.

it sounds like the tracking mate. National tyres are ment to be good and should had advised you on this problem after inspecting your old tyres.
