Hi all,

Just a word of warning about a seller on E-bay offering Audi A3/S3 facelift Bi-Xenons, with DRLs.!!...The seller- msenterprises2010

I like the fool I am jumped in as usual and bought a set at considerable cost without checking part numbers and naively believing the seller after asking him they were for R/H drive UK cars. There not of course and I have since after a little digging found hes bringing them in from europe out of L/H drive vehicles..!!

My stupid fault, I never learn and im laughing now and nobody has died so no dramas....

The seller is selling other car parts which may well be legit so cant comment on them.

Tried to contact the guy but to no avail surprise surprise..

Just wanted to warn genuine folk not to make the same mistake as my dumb self..Please be vigilant.

Would like to thank a certain decent member of this forum for there help and advice..

Happy New Year to all

The price isnt bad at all if you consider what they cost new & he is including ballasts & bulbs, its the fact they could be all lhd, that a big issues of course as useless for UK.

Im sure im not the first and I wont be the last to dive in...

Valuable lesson learnt......USE THE FORUM AND ALL THE HELPFULL MEMBERS....I will learn

I rang him on the number he uses on the latest advert and he didnt recognise my number and he sent me a txt straight away asking if I wanted any spares for AUDI`s...I replied and kindly informed him of his mistake and guess what...No reply...Hilarious...Ah well

So please everyone be carefull..Anyone who wants more info please PM me

Regards to all

Shady,

Of course not....£650....its only money pal....LOL

I thought there was a way to convert them to RHD?

Or if you're brave you could open the units up and flip the beam control plate over inside the projector.

Ouch!

Sorry to hear of your woes. What's the plan? PayPal dispute or just realist them for the European (non UK) market and aim to claw back?

I struggle to open a frickin tin of beans c_w and that sounds complicated so that wont be happening..

Yeah will have to register for E-Bay europe and throw them on there and see what happens...

You know what, I dont know whats worse..The fact I got my pants pulled down or the fact my missus dont know yet.....!!!!

That is only temporary for traveling abroad iirc.
