Turbo clean

I'm experiencing a delayed boost when I hit the accelerator pedal for maybe half a second or so, but only sometimes. Other times it's fine. Yesterday the problem stayed for about 3-4 seconds where the car was as flat as hell.

Do you have any ideas? I thought maybe the turbo vanes are sticking a bit, so I tried to find the 'mr muscle' cleaning 'how to' but couldn't. Can someone point me in the right direction please.
