B5 RS4 body conversion, Pics please

As per the title, how many RS4 body conversions have been done on here? Get some pics up so i can have a look and even better give me a link to the build. Does everyone use OEM body parts or do people opt for the fibreglass replica parts?

a great read thankyou, what happened to the avant? finished? Do you have any pics of the rear quarters in progress?

There are quite a few detailed builds over on AudiSRS in the 'Projects and Builds' forum, including MRC's very own widebody (which came second in the Audi category at a recent Edition38 show). They've basically built a new car from scratch!

One of the users on there did a DIY job using fibreglass a while ago and detailed it all on his own site - Audi S4

There are 6 widebody build threads on the first page alone - AudiSRS.com :: Log in

Not as many widebody builds about because people who had an avant S4 who would want to go the widebody route tended to save for an RS4 rather than go to al the hassle.

Another thread to take a look at is Siena's widebody build. Remember that being pic heavy too.

I've seen the rear quarters done a few different ways. A few of different cutting/welding places to fit OEM RS4 arches, major arch pulling and also the cutting and reshaping of the existing arch (see the link I posted above to Valitalo.org).

thanks for the replies so far. Just bought the donor car and will be collecting on friday. Only a 1.8T avant but got it for a bargain and i feel a K04 or big *** turbo also getting done
