A3 1.8t Wishbone bushes. help please

Right. got some polyurethane wishbone bushes to go on and was wondering if anyone has done this or has any tips regarding the job?? i will be doing it in a fully equipped workshop thanks to a mate of mine, so tooling shouldnt be a problem.

Any input is greatly appreiciated.

All I know is that the rears are a sod and the fronts are a lot easier. I got mine changed but had them done with a load of other work at a garage so didnt do it myself.

If you're in a workshop then you'll be fine mate.... just keep the Haynes book handy

if i can do it on my drive a workshop should be no problem.

google 'mark 4 golf wishbone bush how to' i assume polybushes just need pressure to get in. old one need brute force and ignorance to get out!
