Facelift MY11 normal to s-line?

I considering to facelift my upcomming A3 SB MY2011 to the s-line front with a black grill.

I will have foglights in my car, so is it understood correct, that i just have to get:

- s-line front 2009+
- black grille ( S3 or BE )
- s-line foglights cover

And furthermore, will it look stupid if i dont get the s-line sideskirts? Dont wanna change anything in the rear.

i don't think S-Lines have side skirts.

you'll just need a bumper, grille and new foglights and covers. you can reuse your existing grille if you wanna save money. it'll fit, but it obv isn't as "sporty" looking as the S-Line one. the vasy majority won't notice.

i'd go the whole hog tho. the rear bumper should only cost around £400 all in, and it makes the rear look 1,000,000x better.

would have ordered it, but was not possible as the car is a TDIe.

As i have understod if, the only difference in the rear is the diffuser, right? That should not be more than 200 pounds to replace.

no sideskirts on the sline, the front will fit without any modifications as for the grille sub, you forget that slines are no longer any different, for the upgraded look he would need to buy an s3 grill and badge it with sline. slines now have the badges where the side repeaters were on the prefacelifts, new fog grilles will be required and a new bottom bumper trim piece

Don't forget, the S3 grille is a straight swap for the facelift A3's as fitted by a few members here.

I'm selling one if you're interested, mint, only covered 15k miles and as new.

It transforms the front end, as others have said the S-line grille is not unique to the S-line, it's the same as the one fitted to the SE's and Sport models.
