How would you like your steak ****** sir/madam?

Not a fan of rare meat dripping with blood, so I like mine medium-well(no blood), how do you like yours?

Up to about a month ago I liked mine well done, but working in a predominantly French office I got frowned upon everytime I ordered one ****** this way.
Got told some restaurants in France won't even serve you if you order anything more ****** than medium.

So anway, now I've moved on to medium-well, and I must say I'm enjoying the extra succulence that it brings.

It's got to be well-done or burnt.

Depends on the cut and how good the beef is. Cheap cut medium/well done. Good cut rare.

Medium - nothing worse than an over ****** steak

Lol That'll be sherbet!

Bet your mouth is watering at this sight!

Haha, this reminded me of a Steak I ordered in Paris many years ago, I don' think they understand the term 'no blood', my steak came out 'medium rare', and my request that it needed to be ****** a bit longer didn't go down too well neither... live and learn aye, never ordering steak in France again I tell you!

Medium-rare, only way to have it imo, have it well done and it looses so much taste.

I like my beef curtains medium rare, a bit of french mustard, i dont mind if it comes with a bit of blood

Medium for me, nice and juicy...

Used to have it well done but it's so dry ****** that way, ruins it...

Lol, I am partial to a nice dollop of ketchup...

Medium well. Can't see the point of rare, may as well just take a bite out of a cow - cooking releases the flavour!

Just pink in the middle for me - no blood pouring out when you cut it.

Yeah, of the fried oil!!

Rare on the BBQ is my poison, enough to seal the outside of it and slap it down on the plate with some french fries, served with a glass of a nice bold red, and i'm a happy man.

Mmmm....bring on the summer!!
