Hi i had my brakes fitted on monday but they seem crap, not stopping and you got to press real hard and it will come to a stop after a little wile, thease are the brakes i have got well the discs

Nitrac 12 Grooved Discs (Front) - Euro Performance Car Parts

And i have green stuff pads on them also i have had the brakes bleeded about 2 months ago,any idears ?:(

Gotta wear them in first. I remember reading that it takes about 500 miles to fully bed them in, and not to do a lot of extremely heavy brakeing untill you have bedded them in

Brakes need bedding in to get even wear on both pads and discs but even in the bedding in stage you shouldn't have to press so hard to stop. Were the brakes bitting well before you had the discs and pads changed?

It could be that you need to get the brakes up to temp after a few hundred miles then get the system bled up again

Post some pics of the brakes bud, never seen these on an 8L S3 before:)

How can i upload pics on here, sorry for being thick lmao i will take pics tomorro after cleaning the car :)

And the braked were fine before just wanted a change lmao

if you've hammered the new brakes from brand new the chances are the pads will have glazed up, and you'll have ****** all braking power at all.

New discs have to be gently broken in to have any chance of working well, unless you've got a race / track pad when you can bed them in pretty fast like Jojo suggests.
Greenstuff pads with europarts discs are not a track type setup by any means, so they'll need bedding in the slow way!
