BBQ for AITP???? Members bring food ASN provide BBQ

Coolio! Just so everyone is aware. Saturday night BBQ will be open to everyone from every club/forum that is camping saturday. However on the Sunday, you guys at ASN can use it for just members if you like.

Calv, i see no reason why we cannot provide the facilites for all to use with your permission , provided they provide the grubbage.

The chef doesnt come as part of the deal,LOL I am looking to spend some time enjoying the Audis this year and less time fretting about parking etc. he he he
 
maybe its an idea we all help out with the cooking so noone gets stuck with it totally. Im happy to help but also want to look at the cars and laugh at twiggy multi tasking on his car lol

lol you wait and see wot i can do, ill be like an octopus with a kilo of coke(i mean the cans people) next to me. everyone will supplied with burgers sausages and coke but you have to butter your own rolls ok.......... hmmmm i bet no one thought of bringing rolls did they hehe all this talk about meat and we could of forgot the main thing you need at a Bbq. otherwise it will look like we are havin and atkins diet party lol
 
just read up about aitp and will definatly be there, with or without an audi. hopefully that will be solved this weekend, oh and whats the latest i can get on the stand?
 
Well its not looking like i will have had my respray in time so im holding off getting it done so i can bring it although it will look a little different from GTI international
 
If there any space left i'll 100% be coming. Be good to have a catch up with you guys seeing i've not been on here properly since last year. Hope your all well & the cars going good.

I have 1 question Do we have to go over any speed bumps to get in? Im fitting my coilovers and dont want to be taking the downpipe out

There are speedbumps, but I get mine over them. And if you have seen my car you'll know that its very LOW!

Hi ALL i have just been reading about all the event's ASN member's have attended, i meet some member's at gti fest at santa pod and gti inter's . CMD and S4Twiggy crack me up and have made me feel more than welcome. Would it be ok to have my name added to the AINP stand please

be good to see you there mate its going to be a good day, im hoping the weather is good but aslong as its dry i dont care. ill be doing some of the BBQ after my car but im not buttering the rolls LOL and just for future references and to be more formal my real name is Grant, just instead of callin me S4twiggy all the time lol or just twig will do hehe looking forward to this big time and ash me and colin(CMD) are staying at the corby premier inn from the saturday to monday so your welcome if your close by to have dinner and a drink in the nights
 
Guys can I just remind you to PM if you buy tickets, simple reason is im lazy and never read all of the posts! Just pop your name in a PM once you have paid for the ticket and ill add you too the list :)

Remember there is going to be a BBQ on the Saturday night at the camp site so you are all invited to that, just bring food :)

Just a little FYI as I have had a few people saying they are coming to the Sunday only, It is a day only event. Sunday is the day of the Audis in the parl. A few will be staying the night before and having a BBQ etc so maybe thats what you all mean!! I don't know but I jsut wanted to clarify as if you turned up on the Sat it would be ASN in the park!! lol :)

ahh that sounds better may bring my tent then will give me a chance to get teh car clean and get some more time down there to meet n greet otherwise im looking at 10-12 hours of driving for the day

so we're not having a BBQ on the sunday then???? or are you having one on the saturday aswel when your camping?
 
Anyone got a camping list? Can't work out who's camping & who's not. Not too far for me to go, so may or may not camp for this one.
 
Wrist band arrived today, cant wait now, i'll be popping to to the butchers saturday to pick up some meat for the sunday bbq, im happy to do a stint flipping burgers and turning sausages aswell.
 
ok guys, pretty sure me and the misus are coming down with both cars..... let me get this right, i book the £5 tickets (one for each car) via the Audi's in the park site? and the camp site via the link on page 1?

so £20 a car including everything - bargain!!

just hope i can get my bodywork sorted (side/bumpers/number plate strip) before we come, also need to get middle pipe on Tara's

confirmation please :)
 
chars matey..... most likely bringing some friends down so will have two tents, impressive camp site with the looks of things.....is the bbq gonna be big enough cos i was think of chopping the legs on one im going to be throwing away ;)

this show and shine, i gather the car needs to be pristine :) as in no wheel scrapes haha
 
The BBQ is huge :) Its £15 a pitch (each tent) and £5 a car so however it works out for you :)

If you are camping just bring some grub and as many friends as you like, must warn you though...its a camp site for a ammusment park so we get told to be quiet after 11pm!! lol

Hey guys, will be getting my Ticket in the next day or so, I have someone coming from work as well in a TT, i think she is coming with her family on Saturday night and camping there.
