"Valeo" Light Sensor: Installed.
A excellent installation Guide from: BRICO-SENSOR DE LUZ (VALEO) - Audisport Iberica

I put a high-brightness LED directly in support of the Yellow button.
Takes work, but it's better to stick on the cover, because then we can take the lid off smoothly as originally.

I put a timer controller for 6 sec. Key to the current mode to connect lights late at night if it is, not "abusing" the balatros Xenon.

The Module Automatic lights stayed behind the fuse box:

I put a radio PIONEER "cheap" only provisionally.

17092011893.jpg

The speakers were all "dead".

I decided to invest in one more MOD of the "BigBlue"
Two Components Speakers "Velocity V6 Vantage" on the doors.

Another small mod to adjust the sensitivity of the light sensor (VALEO).

Soldered 3 resistors 1kOhm + 330 + 300 in series with a 220 Ohm potentiometer. I isolated all with thermal sleeve and pasted the potentiometer to the cover of the controller sensor.

Drilled the box to have access to the potentiometer in order to adjust the sensitivity on the outside:

I would like to see your comments and advices.

Tomorrow I'll Post some more of the "BigBlue" History . . .

Here is the DIY:

I cut de originals grills, leaving only the Vertical reenforments so I didn't weaken the struture.
I cut the ABS net with carefull.

15102011940.jpg

For a better finish I Glued a freaze all around de grill.

22102011959.jpg

I glued the ABS net to the origanal estruture with 2 components glue:
And finish with fiber past.

Sand it all with 100, 150 and at last with 800 for a perfect finish.

Looking better than before ! You spent serious time and money modding your motor ! Well done.

The new lights all round have given the car a modern makeover, grilles turned out good too!

Needs some different wheels i think, not a fan of them.

Keep at it, well done for keeping it and repairing the damage aswell!
