Thread: Best coilovers for a B5 A4?

Not overly minted but don't want to skimp and go for ebay specials.

Been a dubber for a few years so know what suits a mk2, but the Audi game is fairly new to me. Not keen on FK really as I had a damper seal go on my GTi.

What do you guys run/recommend?

KW, Bilstein, Weitec, H&R...All do really good coilovers but dont choose any under 500 notes. You better off with a good spring and damper kit than the cheapo coillies.

I had an FK fail here too, customer service wasn't the best.

I currently have Spax RSX fitted and they are the best i have had on the car so far out of FK,Vmaxx and an Eibach spring/shock combo.

Spax customer service was dead good, i had a problem with an adjuster and they sorted me out no problems

What's your budget?

Around the £400 ish mark really mate, possibly more for the right kit. What can you do?
