blackout grill

I was going to buy the s-line blackout grill for my b7 , but I don't know if I need to buy the number plate holder as there is already one on the car. Can anyone tell me if the one I have is black or the same colour as the original grill, I can't tell as it's always dark when I get the car back from the mrs.:icon_thumright:

The car's original grille will probably be grey, mine certainly was. I needed the black numberplate holder when I changed mine to the black grille

I have just picked up my new black grill for the RS4. The number plate holder is a separate part, but you should be able to keep the original one, unless its the wrong colour.

Now my question. How do you fit it? What do you need to remove? I have found the 1 top screw, and the 4 number plate screws, but can not see how to remove the anything else to free the grill? Help!
