Have i got a problem with my OBC ? the display for current mpg is all over the place, one moment it will say as an example 35.2 the next 114.7 then just a line of ----,I'm using it on the menu with the small red 2 in the display, do i have a problem ? the average mpg display seems to work fine.

Coolant temp sensor maybe if it's mpg..if it isn't mpg that's going up ad down then it's the temp sensor behind front bumper ...

It's current mpg not average mpg that's playing up

check the settings in vcds as if i remember rightly they can be altered

Being new to audi's how do i check the settings in vcds, whatever that is, lol

You can get someone who
Had vag com computer - vcds.
Fill your tank up and do calibration on fuel tank. Check Ross tech web site for instructions. There's a section for vcds and a user map. See if anyone on it near you and pm them
