Just wondering what you lot pay for your car insurance back in the UK. Just noticed that mine is creeping up pretty steep these days...despite being an Old Git! Just curious.....

A4 Avant 2.0t 200bhp, ( they don't care about any modifications as long as it's passed the Swedish mot )
Location: ******** of nowhere South of Stockholm!
Age 48, Clean license no convictions, no claims
Any driver over 25 ( Here it' the car insured not the driver )
Fully Comp 12 months: £791
Excess: Collision, Fire, Glass, Nicked £150
Mileage: 12,000 Miles a year.

I remember my old Aero 93 was 200 quid fully comp' back in 2005! Happy Days.

Go on, depress me!

Cheers
A

That's great cost saving then Matey. Nice one....
Very interesting how varied the premiums are.....I thought mine was excessive compared to what the UK was going to be, however, don't feel quite so bad now. Reckon it should be a tad cheaper though...especially as am knocking on a bit! hahahaha

Crazy to see just how much variation there is between premiums for folk of a similar age, with similar cars etc - post codes paly a big part in this defo!

I'll chip in with my own.

I've a 2.0 TDi Sline Avant (140). Mod are declared.

I'm 31, have been driving longer than matters, and have 9 years NCB if I remember correctly.

I've 3 points on my licence (SP30) which only just went on last year.

Think mine totals about £600ish or there abouts? But a lot of that is accounted for by paying extra for monthly payments - pretty sure if i'd paid it up front it was down at about £400 odd, pre mods.

post codes are deffo a big factor, i remember a mates insurance goin up a few hundred quid just for moving a few miles down the road
