First Aid Kit Pouch Removal

There is a pouch for a first aid kit or similar as part of the rear arm resk/ski pass cover in my cab. It looks like it is a separate piece and should therefore be removable. There are 2 screws top & bottom but removing them doesn't seem to make it any more willing to come off. If needs be I will dremel it off but does anyone know how to remove it without cutting it off? Good question...

I'm making a subwoofer enclosure which will sit in the boot/ski-pass area. Wanted to be able to replace the hach cover for security/comfort when necessary and not have it foul on the driver.

I was tempted to get a new arm rest/cover from Audi but at £200 odd it didn't seem worth it. Have been keeping an eye on the classifieds and eBay breaking listings but haven't found any yet, or the sellers didn't want to split a full interior.
