Removing headlight lens

I am looking to remove the headlight lens to swap a broken one over. I haven't got a heat gun how else can this be done? Hair dryer? Oven lol?

well when i split some it was on full belt
and i took it out every minute to check ended up takeing about 4 mins

120 degrees C for 15 minutes works a treat

I would remove lens and reseal it
