3.2fsi Ecu Version???

Does anyone know the 3.2fsi ecu version off hand?? Im looking at getting it remapped and theres been a couple of hiccups pairing it. And they think it will be easier to work out if they knew the ecu version to see if any other models are the same.

If you look on emaps website and find your model, it tells you the ecu model

Cant see the 3.2 on there. Unless the A6 uses the same ecu

i wouldnt bother on the non turbo engine
for the cost anyway

Want a remap to smooth it out more rather than gain masses of bhp. Had a qoute of £249 if it can be done and i like the gains or will remove and charge nothing so thought its worth a look. Also got it priced up for cat-back exhaust removing the centre box and replacing the other 4 with high flow ones

He wanted to know the ecu version in order to access it

not been funny but if hes a good tuner he should fint that out himself
id be looking for someone that knows what there doing

I know where youre coming from. Its just ive tried a couple of remapper locally and theyve not been able to communicate with the ecu.. And alot of sites and mobile mappers in my area dont list the 3.2 a4 or if they do you have to send the ecu away. The most recent guy said if we could find out the Ecu version beforehand he'd get all the info before i travel to him. Rather than just turning up and finding he cant read it
