Hi,

Will the Milltek Cat Back Exhaust with Resonated Centre Section suitable for both the V8 S4 and 3.0 V6 Quattro, fit my 2.0 TDI 170 Quattro?

I doubt it unfortunately, but I can't confirm that.
 
No it doesn't mate but a Milltek made for a 4 cylinder quattro will fit no trouble.

very expensive, i'd go with a custom job as you wont get much power from one anyway, might aswell go for the cheaper option.
