Going on from this thread (http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/showthread.php?89161-Cant-find-thread), a few years ago (6+) the the ignition barrel on my B5 was replaced by an Audi dealer. When I went to collect the car they gave me my old keys back + another start the car. After arguing with the service manager saying this was unacceptable, so they agreed to pay for someone to come in and change the barrel to fit my old keys. This was done by a third party company, and I never got their details. The 1.8T has also at some point in time has had it's barrel replaced, and there is now a key that will only start the car. I would like to fit the key less entry that is on the rclick site, but before I do that I want to get the barrel modified to fit the old keys.
Does anyone in the North east area, know where this can be done and a rough cost.
