Wheel question

Hi everyone, I have a TQS A4 saloon and was wanting to fit A8 D2 sport wheels, they are 8" wide but unsure of the ET.

They are fitted with 245/45/18 tyres and was wondering if these wheels with this tyre size would fit my car without any issues?

You may need spacers due to the offset think there about ET42 may be wrong though, try searching google !!
