flywheel probs

What are the symptoms of a flywheel failing just i think mine is playing up?

Clutch judder, feels shakey on the foot when engaging, left foot shakes on Bite.....thats about as much as I know in my experience, they'll be few along to assist further

I had a slight judder whilst moving off in 1st gear and the judder was slightly worse when in reverse. Also when the clutch was depressed there was also a feel of grating too.

I had the clutch and flywheel replaced last week and there was a worrying amount of play in the flywheel.
