    Question Please help!

OK my rad has just spring a leak (bottom flange) and now i need a new rad, so would anyone know where i can get a replacement from, there are lots online with varied prices, but I'm unsure which to get.

After market ranges from Ł65 - Ł130 approx 2yrs warranty

    Audi Ł149 + VAT

So if anyone has replaced theirs and has comments to make please do

    Tony

TPS only supply genuine parts, which is fine if you're prepared to pay the premium. Whereas GSF generally supply pattern parts, by way of a comparison, TPS wanted Ł400 for an aircon condenser, GSF sorted me a Hella pattern one for Ł100.

no sorry mate just look then up in the phone book i had a price for a vw passat rad was Ł115 all in so would think around the same price.
they are good though im in thanet so only have the numbers for here but they are every where.
on a side note like my partner says we are not that rich to keep buying cheap stuff so some times it pays
to pay more rather twice not all will agree with that thought.

well i went for the GSF rad which turned out to be the same make as the one i had in the car and at Ł54 + VAT thought it was a steal. unfortunately he gave me the wrong one choice of two apparently (and I get the wrong one just my luck lately but thats life I suppose). So now I need to wait till Monday to get it changed

In fairness when I looked at my new condenser apart from being black, it was 'exactly' the same as the original Audi one.

Sods law you get the wrong one! Especially at lunchtime on a Saturday.....
