Which Pagid pads?!?

I've got a set of used front calipers/carriers coming from a 2.5tdi A4 B6 avant. Not sure whether to use my current calipers (A4 1.9tdi Quat sport) and just swap the carriers or to swap out the full caliper carrier set - this way I could do a spray paint job on them too

Anyway the questions are these:

I've found the right 312 Pagid discs on ECP but can't work out which ones are the right pads - should the pads be exactly the same whichever caliper I use as it's just the carriers and discs that will be different?

yes mate the pads are the same the only thing thats different is the carrier and obviously the discs

Just swap the carriers as mentioned. You sure the new ones you got are 312mm as the 2.5tdi seems to have a mix of 288 and 312 on the quattro and non quattro versions.

Yes pal - I got them to measure the discs on the donor car and they were 312
