I think you will need about 8-10mm spacers + 225 or 215 tyres would also helpJust to add the alloys are 9j x19h2 et52

needing a bit of help ive been searching the forum for a few hours and im still not 100% if the set up i want will work so i need some advice , im wanting these bbs ch reps off ebay :

they are 5x112 , et45 , 8.5 / 19s i want to know if these would fit a 2011 sportback and be ok lowered on H&R 35mm springs i want it to sit so the arches sit just above the tyres but nothing too low cause i dont want it to rub and also what tyre sizes would i require ? thanks

Yes they will fit no problem
The alloys you have linked are 9.5J ET 45, too wide imo. Front might poke, 215 tyres are a must, here is what 9.5J ET 40 looks like. 35mm springs might not be low enough, try 50mm they sit much better
