I want to put a sub into my 2004 Audi A3. Where does the route of the power wire go? I cant find a way from the engine bay to inside the car.

Also, where is the stock amp in the car? If I remove this, does it cut out the rear speakers? I think my standard system is half amped. I have all the adapters etc and have a pioneer headunit in the car at the moment.

I had mine run under the car and came up through the boot floor - my wiring was 0 guage though so would have been silly to put through the car! easily done under the car though, lots of safe places to attached the cabling!

The amp is attached to ths standard sub as far as i know

Bose = all via an amp (small 5 channel one behind the UK off-side panel in the boot) non-Bose= front from the Head Unit, rears and sub from a small amp built into the sub (behind the UK near side panel in the boot). The Bose sub is also in the same location.
