caliper question...

A quick question can any calipers fit anycar ie range rover brembos will they fit an audi a3 or do you have to have vag car calipers only for other vag cars ....

most calipers will be able to fit but you will need to either buy some more carries or get some manufactured, porsche one will fit i think. or get some brembo or AP racing brakes designed for your car!

Hmm I saw somewhere AMG calipers on an A3 so that might answer your question. Think they were from an SL55...

Most on the time, they will fit but you will need to buy ne carriers (things that hold the carriers)

If you get S3, R32, 3.2 V6 calipers, they will go straight on (like mine) - need to ensure you have new sheilds, pipes, pads, discs, clip that holds the pads tight.

or change your carriers to 312mm ones off the GTI, add 312 discs and pads and you have a 312mm set up (like i have on the rear of mine - not fitted yet)
