I've been searching this forum for details about the adapter for the RNS-e

My car has the bose system, am i correct in thinking that one of these adapters currently on sale on ebay if the right one, all i have to do is remove one of the pins to enable the bose, also that the speakers are powered thru the bose amp, so the speaker block&terminals are not used.

I'm just checking before i buy this item

I'd get a specific adapter for BOSE. A non-BOSE adapter can be made to work but you will need to add/remove wires in it.

Not worth the aggro IMO. Try Kufatec.de

BNS is the CD based naviagation option. Its the cheapo nav-option. The RNS-E being the more expensive (and better!) DVD based option.

If your car is an 07 or later (with a concert II double din headunit) you don't need the adaptor.
