being that my s line is 10 mm lower than standard, does this take into consideration when i fit 45 mm eibach sportline on it? will it lower the car by 55mm or is it totally not related to it?

Eibach height reductions are relative to a car with standard ride height so it will be 45mm - 10mm. Although the drop will be less.
