Will Milltek cat-back replace small flexi ?

As my small flexi is blowing and I've been toying with the idea of getting a cat-back Milltek system, will this replace the flexi hence killing 2 birds with 1 stone or would the flexi still remain and need fixing?

No it wouldn't mate it fits after so you would still need to get it fixed
