Hi

I am interested in a remap, but I am more interested in increasing MPG than performance. I realise that most remaps on offer increase both, but I was wondering are there some that favour MPG gains over BHP more than others? How much do they cost? and are they worth the money?

Kind Regards

Jay

What you will be needing is a Custom remap, thats when they tweak the original or their own map on the rollers. Cost between £200 and £400, depending on who you go with. You would have to phone them to get a price. Start with AMD Technic at West Thurrock as a well recommended tuner and also the Site Sponsors.
How much you save is down to how many miles you do a year to get to your payback time, that you'll have to calculate yourself.
