Hi everyone,
Iâm not sure if this has been covered before. I have spent many hours reading various threads trying to find an answer to my problem but haven't, so thought I would start a thread and see if anyone knows the answer to a problem I have with retro fitting 2012 Audi A1 mfsw on my 2009 A3.
I know this is the latest generation MFSW steering wheel used on the new A3, A5 etc as well with MMI.
I have RNS-E 192S unit fitted, my steering control module is 8p0953549k. This works perfectly with the standard MFSW wheel.
The Audi A1 MFSW useâs different pin connector for the MFSW. I swapped this over to the same connector as my existing A3 MFSW. Pinâs in the same location.
The issue I have the buttons on the wheel are lit constantly but don't work
Pin out I ave assumed are.
1 â LIN
2 â 12v
3 â GND
Any help will be appreciated. I know there are quite a few retrofit guruâs that may shed light on this issue. Does anyone have any wiring diagrams as the next step would be to start metering things out I suppose.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.
