A3 and A4 interior map lights interchangeable?

I need the map lights for my car asap! Ebay has loads of A4 that look exactly the same as A3 ones, I'm wondering if the A4 one will fit an A3?

The shape is the same but the colour code for the roof liner isn't unless its black which i think is the same on a3 and a4 but the silver and beige are different shades, thats what i found so i just bought new ones from the dealer

My wife's A4 roof trim has a holder for glasses so different to my A3. I guess it depends on year and trim level.
 
That is the current a4, the unit from the previous a4 is interchangeable but the current a4 unit is a different shape
