Which repair wires for CH/LH and auto lights/wipers install?

I've been collecting bits in order to retro-fit the auto lights/wipers and CH/LH lights. I got a loom from Kufatec for the mirror and sensor but all but one of the wires have no pins/sockets on the end. I would've thought at least the ones which go in to the main block of connectors under the dash would need pins and won't be pigging backing other wires. Is there anyway (from Elsawin/Etka etc) to work out what repair wires I'll need to give me the right pins/sockets?

Plus i've just stumbled across this site:
cominghomelights - Audi Retrofit
which states you need repair wire 000 979 009 for the coming home connection which is a 0.5mm female looking at the table in the link above.
